From an early age, William has always had a love for great food and a passion for cooking.
His unique talent earned him the 2002 National Restaurant Education Association Foundation Scholarship and a 2002 Johnson & Wales University High School Recipe Contest Scholarship.
During his time at Johnson & Wales, he interned at Block Island’s most elegant historic landmark, The Spring House Hotel.
He studied abroad at Germany's award winning Hotel Kronenschlosschen.
He was also a Teaching Assistant/Fellow at the Radisson Hotel in Warwick, Rhode Island.
William graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts.
